Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-7 years experience in event planning, tradeshow management, or marketing events
  • ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • strong project management and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to travel 30-40 percent as needed
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM systems
  • US citizenship required

Job Duties

  • plan and execute company participation in trade shows and conferences
  • manage logistics including booth selection, contracts, shipping, and travel coordination
  • serve as primary onsite point of contact during events
  • own and manage event budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
  • oversee lead capture processes and post-event reporting
  • recommend sponsorship opportunities based on ROI and audience fit
  • collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership
