Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years experience in event planning, tradeshow management, or marketing events
- ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- strong project management and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to travel 30-40 percent as needed
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM systems
- US citizenship required

Job Duties
- plan and execute company participation in trade shows and conferences
- manage logistics including booth selection, contracts, shipping, and travel coordination
- serve as primary onsite point of contact during events
- own and manage event budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
- oversee lead capture processes and post-event reporting
- recommend sponsorship opportunities based on ROI and audience fit
- collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership
