Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- must be able perform repetitive motion for extensive amount of time
- must be able to walk long distances
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to work independently or with a partner
- capable of lifting, bending, stooping, pushing & pulling heavy loads
- must be able to lift and/or carry 30 to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
- gather and empty trash
- service, clean, and supply restrooms
- clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- mix water and chemicals in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
- steam-clean or shampoo and extract carpets
- strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
- drive or operate powered equipment including ride on scrubbers or industrial ride on vacuum cleaners
- follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
