Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically
  • Experience in event project management
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of contract management processes

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of directly related experience in trade show or event planning
  • Experience in the aesthetics or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Proven project management and budget management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with regulated industry approvals and compliance
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 30%

Job Duties

  • Manage the annual trade show schedule and budgets
  • Coordinate booth logistics and design with leadership
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for event attendees
  • Oversee booth staffing, swag distribution, and lead retrieval systems
  • Analyze event performance and prepare post-show reports
  • Support HQ-based events with staffing, financial reporting, and supply ordering
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments
  • Manage contracts for speakers and advisory board attendees
  • Organize onsite event execution including setup and dismantling
  • Serve as primary contact for exhibitors, vendors, and attendees
