Job Requirements

- 5+ years of related experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of contract management processes
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of directly related experience in trade show or event planning
- Experience in the aesthetics or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Proven project management and budget management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with regulated industry approvals and compliance
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
Job Duties
- Manage the annual trade show schedule and budgets
- Coordinate booth logistics and design with leadership
- Arrange travel and accommodations for event attendees
- Oversee booth staffing, swag distribution, and lead retrieval systems
- Analyze event performance and prepare post-show reports
- Support HQ-based events with staffing, financial reporting, and supply ordering
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payments
- Manage contracts for speakers and advisory board attendees
- Organize onsite event execution including setup and dismantling
- Serve as primary contact for exhibitors, vendors, and attendees
