Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
  • Prior event planning or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to travel to events is a plus, but not required

Job Duties

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in organizing and executing trade shows, conferences, and internal corporate events
  • Coordinate logistics such as vendor management, equipment management, and shipping for event exhibits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event goals, messaging, and branding
  • Contribute to pre-event planning meetings and post-event debriefs, capturing key learnings and action items
  • Maintain consistency in brand standards and messaging across all event-related materials
  • Support administrative tasks related to event planning, budgeting, and reporting
