Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, accounting, or business administration
  • at least 3 years of experience in customs and international trade, preferably in the automotive industry
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • fluent in English
  • ability to perform under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • eligible to work onsite at Manor, TX
  • willingness to work Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, accounting, or business administration
  • minimum 3 years experience in customs and international trade, preferably in the automotive industry
  • knowledge of U.S. customs regulations
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
  • English fluency required
  • Spanish language skills a plus
  • certifications such as CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a bonus

Job Duties

  • coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments
  • support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings
  • validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain preferential trade agreement records
  • assist with customs trade partnership against terrorism training and security validations
  • oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality
