Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, accounting, or business administration
- at least 3 years of experience in customs and international trade, preferably in the automotive industry
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
- strong organizational and communication skills
- fluent in English
- ability to perform under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- eligible to work onsite at Manor, TX
- willingness to work Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, accounting, or business administration
- minimum 3 years experience in customs and international trade, preferably in the automotive industry
- knowledge of U.S. customs regulations
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
- English fluency required
- Spanish language skills a plus
- certifications such as CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a bonus
Job Duties
- coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments
- support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings
- validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain preferential trade agreement records
- assist with customs trade partnership against terrorism training and security validations
- oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality
