Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, accounting, or business administration
- At least 3 years of experience in customs and international trade, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of U.S. customs regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
- Ability to work onsite at 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy, Manor, TX
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM
- English proficiency required
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain, accounting, or business administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs and international trade, automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. customs regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems
- English fluency required
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Certifications such as CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a plus
Job Duties
- Coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments
- Support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings
- Validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain preferential trade agreement records
- Assist with CTPAT training and security validations
- Oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality
