Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- advanced knowledge of customs regulations
- deep knowledge of Incoterms
- expertise in classification and origin determination
- experience managing free trade programs
- knowledge of global trade technologies
- understanding of NAFTA applications
- familiarity with CTPAT and quota management
- possession of Customs Broker License or equivalent certification

- high-level expertise in complex classification and origin determination
- experience in free trade program management
- knowledge of global trade technology such as SAP Global Trade Solutions
- experience with North America Free Trade Agreement applications
- knowledge of CTPAT and quota management
- Customs Broker License or Customs Specialist Certification
Job Duties
- Leads implementation of global trade and compliance operations activities within a country or region in support of business goals
- performs complex global trade and compliance transactions
- validates and coordinates import and export transactional data and document requirements to complete cross border filings and clearance
- handles regular audits and assessments of trade transactions to ensure compliance
- manages post-transactional testing and assessments
- reviews and ensures accuracy of trade documents including invoices, trade documentation, shipping documents, and export licenses
- analyzes and interprets customs regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- communicates requirements to business stakeholders
- develops positive relationships with internal and external collaborators and partners
- monitors and analyzes key performance indicators
- acts as key point of contact for execution of internal global trade and compliance projects
- drives operational process or policy improvements
