Job Duties

  • Review and approve transport and trade invoices
  • provide training to local teams on changes in trade regulations and system rollouts
  • support processing and execution of customs filings and related documentation including customs declarations and invoices
  • prepare and submit customs declarations if handling in-house filings
  • monitor inbound shipping schedules and coordinate ETAs with warehouse teams
  • utilize and update local SOPs for customs purposes
  • coordinate with customs brokers and transport providers to ensure timely and compliant shipments
  • support routine and operational trade activities
  • ensure customs documentation is complete and compliant
  • retain customs documents for audit trail
  • assist in preparing documents for customs audits
