Job Duties
- Review and approve transport and trade invoices
- provide training to local teams on changes in trade regulations and system rollouts
- support processing and execution of customs filings and related documentation including customs declarations and invoices
- prepare and submit customs declarations if handling in-house filings
- monitor inbound shipping schedules and coordinate ETAs with warehouse teams
- utilize and update local SOPs for customs purposes
- coordinate with customs brokers and transport providers to ensure timely and compliant shipments
- support routine and operational trade activities
- ensure customs documentation is complete and compliant
- retain customs documents for audit trail
- assist in preparing documents for customs audits
