Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
Physical fitness to perform heavy labor tasks
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures

Job Qualifications

Ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
Ability to walk long distances
Capacity to stand for long durations
Ability to work independently or with a partner
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push, and pull heavy loads
Capability to lift and/or carry between 30 and 50 pounds

Job Duties

Perform heavy cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors
Collect and empty trash bins
Clean, maintain, and restock restrooms
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and chemicals according to specifications
Operate motorized equipment such as floor scrubbers and industrial vacuum cleaners
Notify management of major repair needs or operational system additions
Follow safety procedures when using chemicals and electrical equipment
Clean carpets using steam or shampoo and extraction methods
Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
