Job Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and clean areas at varying heights according to house instructions
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm
- Preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications

- Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning processes
- Valid driver’s license preferred for team leader positions
Job Duties
- Clean customers homes following the Molly Maid cleaning process to ensure high quality service
- Communicate with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Use the provided cleaning products and equipment efficiently
- Manage team schedules if working as a team leader
- Drive the company vehicle safely to customer locations if assigned as a team leader
- Ensure all necessary cleaning supplies are prepared and available in the company vehicle
