Job Duties
- Meet and greet all Service Customers as they pull into the Service Lane
- assist Service Advisors in assisting Customers
- move Customer Vehicles back into Service Parking
- drive the Service Shuttle
- keep Service Lane area neat and clean
- use proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection
- attend all Dealership and Service Department meetings when requested
- provide exceptional Customer Service
