Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an automotive or customer service role preferred
- Ability to walk and travel throughout dealership and lot
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly
- Well groomed and punctual
- Ability to follow safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to perform light facility cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Hardworking personality, eagerness to improve
Job Duties
- Greets customers, determines if customer has an appointment, introduces to service advisor
- Ensures customer has all personal items out of vehicle
- Prepares vehicle, tagging, installing protective seat covers and floor mats
- Transports vehicle to designated parking area to await service
- Delivers completed vehicle to customer
- Provide shuttle service as needed
- Responsible for keeping the service area safe, neat, and clean
