Job Requirements
- Must be minimum 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year food service experience desired
- flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid Food Handler's Card obtained within 30 days of hire
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 25 lbs
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- wear black pants and non-slip soled closed toe shoes as dress code
- comply with waste control and sanitation guidelines
- able to respond quickly to issues
- pass company policies and code of conduct
- maintain positive motivation and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age

- 6 months to 1 year food service experience preferred
- working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold food items according to company standards
- maintain, organize, and clean all equipment
- ensure attention to detail and consistency in service
- adhere to dress code requirements
- properly prepare, measure, and portion food items
- comply with quality standards, policies, and procedures
- utilize and set up kitchen equipment
- package products to proper specifications
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties
- keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked
- use waste control guidelines and record waste
- maintain proper sanitation and food safety
- abide by company policies
- perform other assigned duties
