Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year previous food service experience desired
- must be flexible and able to respond quickly and resourcefully to issues
- food handlers card required within 30 days of hire
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
- must comply with company dress code including black pants and non-slip soled closed toed shoes
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- must have a positive attitude and neat appearance
- must be energetic and self-disciplined
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year previous food service experience desired
- working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors

- excellent organizational and planning skills
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and/or cold food items according to company standards
- maintain, organize, and clean all equipment
- properly measure and portion food items in a timely manner
- package products to proper specifications
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed
- keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- use waste control guidelines and record all waste on spoilage sheet
- adhere to company dress code including wearing black pants and non-slip-soled closed-toe shoes
- comply with quality standards, policies, and procedures
- understand and maintain proper sanitation and food safety
- perform other duties as assigned
