Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership qualities

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
  • manage smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • handle reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries
  • track logs, manage messages and packages
  • monitor room rates, promotions, and packages to optimize revenue
  • lead and train front desk team associates
  • resolve guest concerns and workplace issues confidently
