Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license
  • experience in hotel or related hospitality environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • basic computer literacy

Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or related field
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • proven ability in budget management and financial acumen
  • excellent sales and marketing skills
  • proficiency in operational systems and reporting
  • outstanding guest service orientation
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
