Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- experience in hotel or related hospitality environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
- basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or related field
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proven ability in budget management and financial acumen
- excellent sales and marketing skills
- proficiency in operational systems and reporting
- outstanding guest service orientation
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- boost revenue and control costs
- develop and implement sales strategies
