Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to manage a team and handle guest issues effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure guests feel valued
  • Track logs, manage messages and packages efficiently
  • Monitor and strategize room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue
  • Build and lead a strong, communicative front desk team
  • Train new associates and address guest concerns professionally
  • Ensure safety and uphold operational standards consistently
