Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • familiarity with hotel management software and microsoft office suite

  • prior experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred
  • proficiency with hotel management software
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • problem-solving aptitude
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
  • handle guest inquiries and coordinate special requests
  • manage reservations and update room availability using hotel management software
  • resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • maintain accurate financial transactions and night audit procedures
  • communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • assist in administrative tasks and support overall front desk operations
