Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel or customer service role preferred
  • basic knowledge of hotel management software
  • good communication skills
  • ability to multitask and handle stressful situations

Job Duties

  • greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • handle guest inquiries and requests promptly
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs
  • maintain accurate reservation records and process payments
  • resolve guest complaints and troubleshoot issues swiftly
  • promote hotel amenities and services to guests
