Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- 6 months to 1 year cleaning experience in housekeeping or janitorial service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly in English with guests and other associates
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry or otherwise move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to move throughout building, bend, stoop and reach on a continuous basis up to an 8-hour shift

Job Duties
- Maintain service closets and room attendants carts with linen and supplies
- Remove soiled items from vacant dirty rooms and room attendant carts
- Replace hangers and robes in guest rooms
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Clean, vacuum, and dust guest hallways
- Deep clean rooms
- Prepare VIP arrivals
- Turn in lost and found items
- Assist guests and members in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain equipment and report problems or service needs to supervisors
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or managers
- Keep work area neat and clean
- Assist in other areas assigned by manager
- Move furniture when requested by manager
- Report safety concerns to manager
