Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
- minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role at a 5-star or full-service hotel
- positive attitude and good communication skills
- excellent grooming standards
- commitment to excellent customer service
- flexibility to respond to various work situations
- ability to work independently
- proficiency in MS Office
- knowledge of Agilisys POS and Opera Cloud PMS is preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- good hearing, seeing, feeling, and talking capabilities

Job Duties
- Welcome and bid farewell guests in a professional and pleasant manner
- provide assistance during guest stays
- maintain general knowledge about The Boca Raton
- perform administrative operations as needed
- coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
- communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
- assist with housekeeping procedures and standards
- update guest profiles in hotel software
- follow guest needs until fully satisfied
- conduct efficient in-room check-in processes
- liaise with bellmen for luggage delivery
- handle guest requests such as laundry, wake-up calls, spa bookings, and concierge services
- perform check-ins, check-outs, billing, and room key activation using hotel software
- support Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Room Service duties
