Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow recipes and standards accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina for kitchen work

Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef in responsibility for activities of cooks and personnel involved in preparing, cooking, and presenting food in accordance with quality and productivity standards
- Monitor team performance, product quality, and production flow
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Train, supervise, schedule, and assist in evaluating staff
