Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
- Follow company standards regarding uniform, grooming, and behavior
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
- Comply with proper time clock and attendance standards
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Successfully pass a monthly quiz on menu knowledge, ingredients, techniques, and tools
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in culinary operations
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Ability to work various kitchen stations

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items across various kitchen stations including hot line, cold prep, grill, fry, sauté
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety
- Assist in inventory management and ordering
- Execute station prep, mise en place, and food production for restaurant outlets and banquets
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations including NYC Health Department standards
- Participate in cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
