Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • no direct duplication of duties
  • willingness to learn new programs and services

Job Qualifications

  • two plus years in golf, tournament, or event operations
  • working knowledge of golf formats and event management
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • experience with POS systems and HubSpot CRM is a plus
  • valid driver’s license
  • preferred TABC certification
  • preferred ServSafe certification
  • basic knowledge of USGA rules preferred

Job Duties

  • lead BEO meetings and coordinate with Golf and F&B teams
  • organize day-of huddles and post-event debriefs
  • build runs of show, timelines, and staging plans
  • maintain shared BEOs and change logs
  • manage pairings, tee sheets, and cart staging
  • coordinate on-time starts and monitor pace of play
  • oversee timing for breakfast, turn boxes, stations, bars, and awards presentations
  • manage scoring system and post results
  • maintain tournament inventory including signage, radios, scorecards, and awards
  • capture guest feedback and ensure service recovery
