Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- proficiency with Microsoft 365
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- no direct duplication of duties
- willingness to learn new programs and services
Job Qualifications
- two plus years in golf, tournament, or event operations
- working knowledge of golf formats and event management
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- proficiency in Microsoft 365
- experience with POS systems and HubSpot CRM is a plus
- valid driver’s license
- preferred TABC certification
- preferred ServSafe certification
- basic knowledge of USGA rules preferred
Job Duties
- lead BEO meetings and coordinate with Golf and F&B teams
- organize day-of huddles and post-event debriefs
- build runs of show, timelines, and staging plans
- maintain shared BEOs and change logs
- manage pairings, tee sheets, and cart staging
- coordinate on-time starts and monitor pace of play
- oversee timing for breakfast, turn boxes, stations, bars, and awards presentations
- manage scoring system and post results
- maintain tournament inventory including signage, radios, scorecards, and awards
- capture guest feedback and ensure service recovery
