Kantishna Roadhouse (KRH) is a prestigious full-service backcountry lodge situated 90 miles inside Denali National Park. This unique location offers guests and employees an unparalleled wilderness experience that is truly remote and immersed in nature. Due to the closure of the Denali Park Road, KRH is accessible only by small aircraft, emphasizing the lodge's secluded and exclusive environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Must be a Doyon Shareholder
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered, insured vehicle
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn reservation systems

Job Duties
- Assist with reservations processing via phone, email, and online systems
- Provide accurate and timely information to guests and travel agents
- Support front desk and reception duties, including telephone handling and guest inquiries
- Help maintain accurate reservation and billing records
- Participate in marketing efforts such as brochure mailings and outreach
- Assist in developing and upholding customer service standards
- Contribute to smooth hotel and lodge operations in coordination with staff
