Job Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their event goals, budgets, and technical requirements while developing customized production solutions
- Respond to client inquiries, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities
- Coordinate event logistics including site surveys, equipment planning, labor needs, and execution timelines
- Maintain proactive communication with clients before, during, and after events to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage contracts, deposits, and invoicing processes to ensure accurate financial coordination
- Conduct post event follow ups to gather feedback and identify opportunities for future collaboration
