We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and supported from the moment they walk through our doors. As a reputable business in the hospitality and customer service industry, we emphasize professionalism, effective communication, and attention to detail across all roles. Our team is dedicated to upholding these standards while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that supports growth and development.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative who will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and has strong administrative skills. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins, assisting with payment processing, and handling reservations for lodging and entertainment. Additionally, the role includes diverse administrative duties like preparing reports, answering phones, and effectively communicating with management to ensure smooth operations. A bilingual ability in English and Spanish is highly valued, enabling better service delivery to a broader guest base.
This role is pivotal in diffusing potential conflicts and ensuring that every guest’s interaction with our company is positive and enjoyable. The Customer Service Representative will also provide local information, including directions and event details, and support sales activities by coordinating with the Sales Manager on promotional gifts and tour information. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, stocking reading materials, and managing logistical details around tours also fall within the responsibilities of this position.
Working in this role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team where your interpersonal skills, organizational talents, and dedication to guest satisfaction will be fully utilized and appreciated. The position comes with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting our commitment to the well-being and professional growth of our employees. By joining our team, you will contribute meaningfully to our mission of providing outstanding hospitality services and creating memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.
