Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration and employee engagement
- Knowledge of federal and state benefits laws and compliance
- Experience working with HRIS and benefits carriers
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to lead and develop a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage the coordination of all team member engagement initiatives
- Plan and execute all team member events and activities
- Manage recognition programs and coordinate ancillary activities
- Oversee all benefit and leave processes ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
- Administer company benefits plan including leaves of absence and audits
- Liaise between carriers, system administrators, and benefits team to execute and resolve benefit program issues
- Provide consistent service focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and guest service
- Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
- Engage and develop the benefits and engagement team
- Oversee training, process evaluation, audit, and daily activities
- Administer all team member benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), COBRA, flexible spending accounts, and voluntary benefits
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments and life events
- Conduct monthly audits of 401(k) program and hardship withdrawals
- Provide benefit counseling and resolve individual claim issues
- Process court orders and death beneficiary claims
- Manage leave administrators ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Counsel and coordinate with management and payroll on leave processes
- Coordinate communication and execution of open enrollment
- Innovate benefit and leave processes
- Create and manage annual calendar of team member events
- Collaborate with sales and catering for event execution
- Identify and coordinate community outreach collaborations
- Manage and audit team member recognition programs
- Evaluate and adjust recognition programs annually
- Manage contests, clubs, raffles, and reward giveaway programs to engage team members
