Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shift
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 20 lbs
- Ability to occasionally kneel, push, pull and lift
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
- Adherence to Arizona Liquor Laws and possession of ABC Liquor Certification
- Previous bartending experience preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as RSR mixologist for seasonal menu changes
- Lead property bartender media personality
- Conduct primary outlet site inspection mixology mastery
- Provide spirit product and cocktail educational training
- Coordinate product positioning and vendor relations
- Exemplify and enforce bar policies and culture among staff
- Manage guest experience and service sequences
- Recruit, develop, and mentor bar staff
- Collaborate on beverage program creation and evolution
- Monitor service standards and ensure accountability
- Set beverage pars and manage inventory ordering
- Optimize bar organization and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Arizona Liquor Laws and maintain ABC Liquor Certification
- Collaborate on daily operational duties with venue management
- Maintain product par levels and bar equipment inventory
- Uphold a clean, safe, and responsible bar environment
- Champion Ecosure and health inspection standards
- Perform internal health inspections
