Job Duties

  • Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders and deliver to guests in a timely manner
  • possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently
  • monitor and observe guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction
  • respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • know all table numbers and guest position numbers to deliver plates accurately
  • maintain organized, stocked, and clean expo and service station areas
  • act as liaison between service staff and kitchen for special requests or restrictions
  • assist front-of-house team with additional duties as assigned
  • support Captains and Bar in maintaining world-class service
  • anticipate guest needs with professionalism
  • participate in daily lineups, training sessions, and menu briefings
  • uphold core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
  • serve as a brand ambassador embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation
  • report any discrepancies or issues with food quality to appropriate personnel
