Job Duties
- Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders and deliver to guests in a timely manner
- possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently
- monitor and observe guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- know all table numbers and guest position numbers to deliver plates accurately
- maintain organized, stocked, and clean expo and service station areas
- act as liaison between service staff and kitchen for special requests or restrictions
- assist front-of-house team with additional duties as assigned
- support Captains and Bar in maintaining world-class service
- anticipate guest needs with professionalism
- participate in daily lineups, training sessions, and menu briefings
- uphold core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
- serve as a brand ambassador embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation
- report any discrepancies or issues with food quality to appropriate personnel
