- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of food allergens and dietary restrictions
- Proficiency in guest relations and hospitality etiquette
Job Duties
- Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders and deliver food from kitchen to guests in an accurate and timely manner
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently and accurately
- Monitor and observe guests' dining experience ensuring guest satisfaction with food and service
- Respond promptly and courteously to any guest requests
- Know all table numbers and guest position numbers to deliver plates accurately
- Ensure expo and service station areas are organized, stocked and maintained
- Act as a liaison between the service staff and kitchen regarding special requests or restrictions
