Job Duties
- perform opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and instruments
- clean equipment and work areas
- ensure doors are locked at the end of shifts
- verify completion of tasks with supervisors
- stock and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper provisions
- remove dirty items from bar and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar furnishings and equipment
