Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in tool room or maintenance environment preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Proficient with basic hand tools and machining equipment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with maintenance teams
- Commitment to maintaining safe and organized work areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in tool maintenance and repair preferred
- Knowledge of aircraft tooling and maintenance procedures beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a maintenance environment
- Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks including lifting and outdoor work
Job Duties
- Handle tool servicing including cutting and repairs
- Manage shipping and receiving of tools
- Perform periodic checking, replacing, or repairing various tool items
- Maintain comprehensive tool inventory management
- Interact with Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to fulfill tooling requirements
- Support movement and setup of tooling for both Delta's operational and MRO activities
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational tasks
