Job Requirements
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs, but may occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 100 lbs
- subject to repetitive use of hands, arms, and legs
- hand-eye coordination required
- must be able to communicate to safely perform work
- able to perform sedentary to heavy work
- may operate hand and power tools of all types
- able to climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds
- required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
- may require prolonged bending, twisting, walking, crawling, kneeling, reaching overhead, squatting, pushing, pulling, or standing and lifting
- able to walk on uneven surfaces and in various outdoor conditions
- may be required to work in confined spaces

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience with tool maintenance and inventory management preferred
- ability to perform routine maintenance on small engines
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of safety hazards and compliance
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally 100 lbs
- basic mechanical repair skills
- ability to operate hand and power tools
- ability to work in plant or construction jobsite environments
Job Duties
- Maintain maintenance log
- track movement and location of tools
- perform routine maintenance on small engines such as generators and water pumps
- complete repairs, tag, or replace broken tools
- inspect extension cords and power cords for damage
- replace broken handles of hammers and shovels
- assist other craft workers as needed
