Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience
- proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to lift, push, and pull over 25 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive bending and stooping

- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, bachelor’s degree a plus
- strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive nature to follow up consistently
- tool experience is a plus
- welding experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Repair small engines, power tools, and electrical devices returned from the field
- perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance on all tools
- troubleshoot and determine causes of tool failure
- certify that all tools and safety items are in good working condition and can be released to the field
- transfer tools in and out of the tool repair crib
- train and mentor warehouse staff on basic tool repair procedures
- conduct tool audits and inspections to determine tool performance
