Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience
  • proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ability to lift, push, and pull over 25 pounds
  • ability to perform repetitive bending and stooping

  • toolwatch experience
  • proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, bachelor’s degree a plus
  • strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive nature to follow up consistently
  • tool experience is a plus
  • welding experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Repair small engines, power tools, and electrical devices returned from the field
  • perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance on all tools
  • troubleshoot and determine causes of tool failure
  • certify that all tools and safety items are in good working condition and can be released to the field
  • transfer tools in and out of the tool repair crib
  • train and mentor warehouse staff on basic tool repair procedures
  • conduct tool audits and inspections to determine tool performance
