Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in tool crib, maintenance, manufacturing, or inventory control
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to use, hold, manipulate small tools and parts
- Must possess simple grasping, power grasping, and fine manipulation skills
- Capable of using vibrating tools and performing torquing operations
- Able to climb ladders or stairs
- Must have a valid state issued driver’s license
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in a tool crib, maintenance, manufacturing environment, or inventory control role
- Experience with data entry and using digital scanners for tool control
- Ability to learn and follow established processes and procedures
- Familiarity with CribMaster program preferred
- Experience with tool kitting preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access
Job Duties
- Receive, store, and issue tools, machine tool fixtures, dies, and measuring devices
- Maintain records of tools issued to employees
- Take periodic inventory and requisition stock as needed
- Report damaged, worn out, or missing equipment
- Clean, oil, and perform minor repairs on equipment
- Dispose of surplus or obsolete equipment per procedure
- Ensure periodic calibration of measuring devices
