Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have two years additional education and/or experience in tool crib, maintenance, manufacturing environment, or tool inventory control position
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Must possess a valid state issued driver's license
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher with background investigation within last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance within reasonable time
- Must be able to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work including bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working overhead
- Experience with forklifts
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Ability to use vibrating tools and perform torquing operations including hand and power equipment
- Ability to climb ladders or stairs
- Ability to handle, manage, and dispose of hazardous materials with proper PPE
- Must be U.S. citizen
Job Qualifications

- Preferred: At least four years of tool crib or production environment experience
- Familiarity with TCMax or similar tool control software
- Prior aircraft flight line environment experience
- HAZMAT experience and relevant qualifications
- Knowledge of PMEL, TMDE, and calibrated tools and processes
Job Duties
- Receive, store, and issue tools, support equipment, consumables, hazardous materials, and related items
- Maintain records of tools issued to employees
- Take periodic inventory and requisition stock as needed
- Report damaged, worn out, or missing equipment
- Clean, oil, and perform minor repairs on equipment
- Dispose of surplus or obsolete equipment according to procedures
- Ensure measuring devices are periodically calibrated
- Work alongside Northrop Grumman and U.S. Government personnel
- Support a 4/10 or 3/10 working rotation including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Use, hold, manipulate small tools and parts with hands
- Perform torquing operations using hand and power tools
- Climb ladders or stairs as required
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials following local, state, and federal regulations
- Wear proper PPE when handling hazardous materials
- Follow established processes and procedures
- Receive tools, inspect, verify, inventory, clean, and track for accuracy
- Maintain records and provide traceability of materials
- Enter data and use digital scanners for tool control and inventory
