Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have at least 2 years of additional education and/or experience in tool crib, maintenance/manufacturing, or tool inventory control position
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Must possess a valid state issued driver's license
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher with a background investigation within last 6 years or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance
- Must be able to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work including bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working overhead
- Experience with and comfortability using forklifts
- No relocation assistance available
- U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 2 years education and/or experience in tool crib, maintenance, manufacturing, or tool inventory control
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

- Comfortable and experienced in using forklifts
- Preferred at least 4 years experience in tool crib or production environment
- Knowledge of TCMax or similar tool control software
- Prior aircraft flight line experience
- Prior HAZMAT handling experience and relevant qualifications
- Knowledge of PMEL, TMDE, and calibrated tools and processes
Job Duties
- Receive, store, and issue tools, support equipment, consumables, HAZMAT, and related items
- Maintain records of tools issued to employees
- Take periodic inventory and requisition stock as needed
- Report damaged, worn out, or missing equipment using computer systems
- Clean, oil, and perform minor repairs on equipment
- Dispose of surplus or obsolete equipment according to procedures
- Ensure periodic calibration of measuring devices
- Work alongside Northrop Grumman and U.S. Government personnel at Edwards AFB
- Support 4/10 and 3/10 shift rotations including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Use and manipulate small tools and parts with hands
- Perform torquing operations using hand and power tools
- Climb ladders or stairs as required
- Handle, manage, and dispose of hazardous materials safely
- Wear proper PPE when handling hazardous materials
- Follow established processes and procedures
- Inspect, verify, track, and clean tools for inventory accuracy
- Maintain records and provide traceability of materials
- Perform data entry and use digital scanners for tool control and inventory
