Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
  • perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • greet guests promptly, warmly, and professionally
  • manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests using OpenTable
  • follow departmental steps of service consistently
  • escort guests to tables and present menus, explaining daily specials as needed
  • maintain an organized and clean host stand, lobby, and entrance area
  • communicate wait times clearly and accurately
  • monitor dining room flow and seat guests to balance server workloads
  • answer the telephone promptly and assist with guest inquiries
  • collaborate with management and service staff for efficient service
  • follow all safety and health policies
  • perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
  • promote a positive team environment
  • maintain a polished, professional appearance according to grooming standards
