Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
- perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- greet guests promptly, warmly, and professionally
- manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests using OpenTable
- follow departmental steps of service consistently
- escort guests to tables and present menus, explaining daily specials as needed
- maintain an organized and clean host stand, lobby, and entrance area
- communicate wait times clearly and accurately
- monitor dining room flow and seat guests to balance server workloads
- answer the telephone promptly and assist with guest inquiries
- collaborate with management and service staff for efficient service
- follow all safety and health policies
- perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
- promote a positive team environment
- maintain a polished, professional appearance according to grooming standards
