- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barback experience preferred
- excellent knowledge of beverage products
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work under pressure and in a team
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation standards

- previous point of sale system experience an asset
- basic cocktail knowledge an asset

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- assist with a steady flow of the bar, assisting the bartenders in all operations of mixing cocktails
- assist with pre-batching of cocktail recipes and ingredient prep
- follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- other duties as assigned
