Job Requirements
- Able to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Good judgment in all job aspects
- Ability to perform without constant supervision
- Physically able to sit, stand, crouch, walk six to eight hours per shift
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work in noisy, hot, cold, dusty, and fume-exposed environments
Job Qualifications
- Able to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- At least 21 years of age
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Experience with vehicle handling or valet preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Move cars between service aisle, shop, and parking lot
- Wash vehicles when service work is complete
- Assist Loaner Department and follow the check-in process
- Greet customers in a courteous manner
- Ask customers about check-in time and Service Advisor
- Advise Service Advisor of customer arrivals and vehicle details
- Inspect loaner vehicles upon return
- Ensure loaner vehicles are damage-free, vacuumed, and washed
- Maintain loaner fleet readiness
- Use valet procedures appropriately
- Direct customers during the check-in process
- Assist customers out of their vehicles
- Protect customer seats with covers during service
- Ensure all vehicles receive mats, washer fluid, vacuuming, alignment, battery, and tire checks
- Keep service aisle clean and neat
- Sweep, mop, and clean service lane floors
- Maintain customer lounge cleanliness
- Advise management of safety concerns
- Use wet floor signs as needed
- Deliver cars swiftly and safely
- Drive service delivery van as needed
- Empty trash and support technician cleaning
- Store vacuum hoses properly
- Store old tires in designated trailer
- Dispose of trash properly and replace bags
- Fill washer fluid jugs
- Ensure service and rental vehicles are out of service drive at day’s end
- Park shuttles properly
- Maintain carwash stickers
- Perform any other management-assigned tasks
