Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Togo Specialist or similar front of house role

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Positive attitude and reliability

Job Duties

  • Manage takeout orders ensuring accuracy and timely preparation
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to coordinate order fulfillment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of the house area
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards consistently
  • Assist with cash handling and payment processing as needed
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
