Job Duties
- Lead and manage food truck operations and staff
- provide excellent customer service to walk-up and online guests
- prepare and cook all food items with high quality standards
- oversee ordering and inventory management
- maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions according to DHEC standards
- handle delivery orders through Uber Eats, Grub Hub, and DoorDash
- take initiative and resolve operational issues efficiently
