Job Duties
- lead the established food truck team with integrity and compassion
- provide excellent customer service to walk-up guests and online orders
- prep and cook all food items for the wagon
- manage delivery orders from Uber Eats, Grub Hub, and DoorDash
- uphold DHEC health and safety standards ensuring cleanliness and inspection readiness
- assist with ordering and inventory management
- take initiative to resolve any on-the-spot issues or challenges
