Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred
- ability to read and understand simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members
- ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money
- must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- food handler certification is required
- ability to stand and walk constantly
- ability to stoop and kneel occasionally
- ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally
- ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps occasionally
- ability to flex or rotate wrists and spine frequently
- ability to communicate orally constantly
- clarity of vision at near and or far distances constantly

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant services
- prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
- perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by management
- monitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service
- respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers
- help maintain restaurant cleanliness
- follow the closing checklist to close the restaurant properly
- attend all scheduled team member meetings
