Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills to process orders
- Comfortable communicating online, over the phone, and face-to-face
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with friendly and positive interactions
- Take online, phone, and in-person orders accurately
- Introduce customers to Chuy's unique made-from-scratch menu offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area and restaurant environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues
- Promote returning business by inviting guests to come back
- Ensure all orders are prepared and packaged correctly and efficiently
