Job Requirements

- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- greet and assist customers in placing to-go orders in person, online, or over the phone
- introduce customers to unique menu offerings and specials
- ensure accuracy of orders and timely preparation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- embody company rules by doing everything for the customer, keeping the environment clean, and having fun
- promote return visits through friendly and engaging interactions
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
