Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- basic computer skills for order processing
- must be able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Engage with customers online, over the phone, and in person
- introduce customers to Chuy's made-from-scratch menu items
- ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- promote a fun and welcoming environment for customers and fellow team members
- follow Chuy's three key rules in daily tasks
- act as a positive representative and voice of the restaurant
