Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer focus
- availability for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and organization
- positive attitude and willingness to have fun
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- friendly and approachable personality
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus
Job Duties
- engage with customers online, over the phone, and in person
- introduce customers to made-from-scratch unique flavors
- take and accurately process to-go orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- provide excellent customer service by doing everything possible for the customer
- welcome guests and invite them to return
- have fun while delivering service
